So what is it about black boxes that captures our imaginations so completely? From flight recorders to smartphones, milk-ordering refrigerators to self-driving cars, we indulge in the conveniences they offer while honoring their trust. This blog starts within the context of the black box, and will provide various details on where I’ve been and where I think I’m heading as an artist. Might get ugly, but it will provide a thread.
